    Migrate from Courseau

Move your Courseau lessons to CourseAgent - in seconds, not weekends.

Keep the content you've already built in Courseau - and consolidate authoring, delivery, tracking, skills and CPD into one subscription. No separate LearnUpon licence. No SCORM handoff. No per-MAU bill at scale.

What changes the moment your content lands in CourseAgent

Three things your library gains on day one.

    One product, not two

Authoring, delivery, tracking, skills and CPD records all in one subscription with one login. No separate LearnUpon licence, no SCORM handoff between systems.

    Content maintenance built in

Course audit, Compare & Update against source documents, refresher course generation and one-click audience adaptation - the maintenance features Courseau doesn't offer.

    Transparent, flat pricing

Professional at £39/month, Enterprise at £199/month, Academy add-on at £49/month. No lesson credit limits on authoring. No per-MAU LMS bill.

    How the migration works

Three steps. A typical lesson moves over in seconds.

    01
    Export from Courseau

Use Courseau's Dynamic SCORM or PowerPoint export. No plugin, no API, no manual rebuild.

    02
    Import into CourseAgent

CourseAgent reconstructs the lesson as a native, fully editable course - typically in seconds, not minutes.

    03
    Edit, translate, narrate, publish

Apply your design system, translate into 19 languages, regenerate AI narration, publish through Academy or as Dynamic SCORM.

    What gets converted

    • Lesson structure - slides, sections, ordering and titles
    • Text content - headings, body copy, lists, quotes, captions
    • Media - images, video embeds and supporting files
    • Quizzes and interactive elements - mapped to CourseAgent's 35+ section types

Migration is the natural moment to apply your CourseAgent design system - colour scheme, typography pair and brand tokens - so the upgraded course launches on-brand from day one.

    Migration FAQ

The questions every Courseau team asks first.

How does the import actually work?+

Export your Courseau lesson as Dynamic SCORM or PPTX, then import into CourseAgent. CourseAgent reconstructs it as a native course with editable sections, quizzes and media - typically in seconds. You can then apply your CourseAgent design system, regenerate narration in any of 19 languages, and publish through Academy or as Dynamic SCORM.

What gets converted, and what doesn't?+

Structure, text, media, quizzes and interactive elements convert into native, fully editable CourseAgent sections. Courseau-specific narration voices and AI-generated images are replaced by CourseAgent's equivalents (ElevenLabs voices and CourseAgent AI image generation) on the first re-publish. Anything CourseAgent flags for review during import can be replaced with one of its 35+ section types.

Do I lose my Courseau translations?+

No. Translated lessons import alongside the source course. CourseAgent's deep-copy translation model keeps each language independent, so you can edit and re-translate any language without affecting the others.

What happens to my existing LearnUpon deployment?+

Nothing changes immediately. Your existing SCORM packages keep running in LearnUpon. After conversion you can either keep using LearnUpon as the LMS (publishing fresh SCORM or Dynamic SCORM from CourseAgent), or switch delivery to CourseAgent's built-in Academy and retire the LearnUpon licence at renewal.

Is this safe given the LearnUpon acquisition is still in transition?+

That's precisely why teams are looking at alternatives now. Courseau's pricing changed after the November 2025 acquisition, lesson credit limits were introduced on the Personal and Pro plans, and the deeper LearnUpon integration is still planned through 2026. Migrating now gives you a stable home and avoids re-platforming twice.

Do I have to migrate everything at once?+

No. Most teams import a few representative lessons first, publish them through CourseAgent, then migrate the rest of the library at their own pace. You don't have to cancel Courseau or LearnUpon to start.
