Frequently asked questions
What counts as an AI credit?
Credits are consumed when you use AI features: generating a course structure (5 credits), adding a topic (+8 credits), creating AI images (5 each) and generating a quiz (5 credits). Editing, previewing and publishing are always free and never consume credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time — they never expire and are used after your monthly allowance runs out. You'll never lose access to existing courses or your account if you reach your credit limit.
Can I use CourseAgent with my existing LMS?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include SCORM export, so you can publish courses to any SCORM-compatible LMS. Enterprise includes Dynamic SCORM, which ensures learners always receive the latest version of your course automatically — no need to re-upload files.
Do I need the Academy add-on to use CourseAgent?
No. The Academy add-on is entirely optional. CourseAgent is a complete course authoring platform on its own — you can build, edit, export and deliver courses via SCORM to your existing LMS without it. Academy adds a white-label learner portal for when you want to deliver directly through CourseAgent.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — there are no lock-in contracts on any plan. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you retain full access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and are not refundable after the initial period.
