When and how is commission paid?

Referral commission is paid as a single lump sum within 30 days of the customer's first invoice clearing. Reseller commission is paid monthly in arrears for as long as the customer subscribes. We pay by bank transfer.
How do you track who referred a customer?

At launch, attribution is manual - we ask every new customer how they heard about us, and we cross-reference your application. If you have a question about a specific lead, just email us. Automated referral links are on our roadmap.
What if my referral cancels early?

Your 20% referral commission is paid 30 days after the customer's first successful invoice - a short qualification window that protects against immediate refunds. After that, the commission is yours to keep, even if the customer later cancels. It's a one-off reward for the introduction, not tied to retention. Reseller commission is different: it's recurring, so it stops when the customer's subscription ends.
CourseAgent is in beta - is that a problem?

We're transparent about being in beta, which is exactly why founding-partner rates are deliberately generous. You're getting in early, and your rate is locked in for the life of the partnership as we grow.
Are there minimums or exclusivity requirements?

No minimums for referral partners. No exclusivity for any tier - you can partner with whoever you like. Reseller partners are expected to offer reasonable first-line support to their own customers.
Can I be more than one type of partner?

Yes. Some partners refer occasional warm intros and resell to their main client base. Just let us know what you're planning and we'll structure it sensibly.
What about agencies that want to white-label CourseAgent?

We handle white-label arrangements case by case - it depends on volume, branding requirements and the support model you need. Mention it in your application and we'll set up a call.
