Just need the authoring tool?
Organisation and Elite are priced for full platform access - Build from Document, Sell Your Courses, and SCORM export are all included as standard, not sold separately. If your team only wants course authoring, we're happy to switch off the features you won't use to keep things simple - this doesn't change your plan price.
Fair use: there's built-in leeway if you go over your monthly credit allowance - we don't add automatic per-credit charges. If you consistently need more than your plan's allowance, get in touch and we'll find the right setup for you.
Academies: don't need them? They can be switched off - pricing stays the same.
Extra seats: need more than your plan's included author seats? Get in touch - we'll scope it for your team.
Tailoring: platform configuration, integrations and custom workflows are available on either plan at our standard day rate of £850/day, excl. VAT.
Add-ons: consulting / configuration days at £850/day, SSO, custom SCORM and API integration setup quoted on scope, and additional instructional design workshops at £1,500/session (one per year is included with Elite) - all excl. VAT.
VAT: Organisation and Elite pricing shown excludes VAT, reflecting standard invoicing for annual contracts. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
‡ Pricing and included AI allowances for annual contracts are fixed for your contract term. At renewal, these may be updated to reflect current AI provider costs - we'll always give you visibility before your term renews. See our Terms of Service for details.
